    With the third method, the loose fist. The trick is to learn how to tense your wrists and the tendons around the metacarpals at will, while keeping your fingers and arms relaxed. You're still hitting with the knuckles. And don't worry about the spring in the fingers, they're not relevant in this method. My dad nicknamed this the "old-man's tension."

    Sudarshan, this is brilliant. I admire the fact that although you concentrate on Vyayam culture more, you don't negate other forms of strength training. This is exactly what the old strongmen did

    I used a 1.5 " PVC pipe for making a gada i heated 3 nails and patched holes at the end even filled concrete even inside the pipe... And with over confidence i chose bisleri 5 litre watercan as base...it is exactly looking like hanuman gada....but I can't even swing properly... Weighs around 17kgs 😂 now i too need a small compact one to practice.. thinking of using a 6 inch ball...

    Just some tips for you - your drop has to be free..u seem to be using your arms and shoulder...catch the bell with your body...keep shoulders square..explode from bottom with glutes ..lock quads and abs at top

      I see what your talking about, but this is hard unless your shoulders are completely relaxed & full body relaxed & flexible & strong, if not it's just going to do damage to your body

    I dont like kbs .they are super injury prine equipment..thida sa bhi galat movement n joint pe injury..sprain ... dumbbell.. barbell..etc are way better

    I used one gi pipe ( curtain ka rod hai but bohot mazboot hai) And some dumbell weights (i alredy do have) Now weight is fully adjustable currently starting from 2 kgs Weights ko rope se baandh diya hai and perfectly set ho gya hai Invested just some sweat , money used = 0.
